Meet Matt ACo-Founder
From framing his first house at 16 to tuning high-performance cars at 18, Matt A. has dedicated his life to mastering how things are built. Before co-founding AC Matthews, he solved complex technical challenges as an equipment sales engineer for aerospace leaders like SpaceX and Northrop Grumman.
Driven by a passion for hands-on craft and tangible results, Matt A. teamed up with Matthew C. to establish AC Matthews. He manages our operations, installation teams, and trade partners with rigorous technical standard – ensuring our contractors execute every detail with precision so that every job site meets the high expectations of an AC Matthews project.
Meet Matthew CCo-Founder
Growing up in a sixth-generation family retail jewelry business, Matthew C. gained deep-rooted experience in craftsmanship and customer care. He later expanded that expertise into leadership roles across the international luxury sector, perfecting the art of personalized service and fine detail.
Matthew C. teamed up with Matt A. to raise the bar in home exterior contracting. He drives growth by building long-term connections and setting the highest standards for client relationships. By cultivating a culture of trust, transparency, and excellence across our team and contractors, he ensures every project is delivered to the gold standard our clients expect.
Meet RyanProject Manager
Ryan’s been building things since he could hold a toolbox – and he hasn’t stopped since. With a background in sculpture, architecture, and design education, he brings a sharp eye, steady hand, and creative mindset to every project.
Before joining AC Matthews, Ryan taught at Catholic University and MICA, helped transform the historic Mt. Royal Train Station into a cutting-edge fabrication studio, and even crafted furniture for a papal Mass. He’s also the co-founder of 731 Sculpture, where art and craftsmanship meet.
Meet CoreyProject Manager
Corey grew up just outside Gettysburg and got his start in construction right after high school – working alongside his family and learning the trade the best way: by doing it.
From installing siding to building full custom homes and additions, Corey has done it all in the construction world. He went on to design pole barns and metal roofing systems before bringing his decades of experience into roofing sales.
Meet RamonProject Manager
Ramon’s passion for construction started early, working alongside his father and learning the value of hard work and craftsmanship. Paired with an associate’s degree in Business from HCC, he brings a well-rounded approach to every project.
In 2020, Ramon launched his own interior remodeling company, strengthening his skills in project management and customer care. He knows how to bring a vision to life – while keeping the process smooth and stressfree for homeowners.
Meet DominicProject Manager
Dominic brings a genuine passion for people, community, and building lasting relationships to the AC Matthews team.
His appreciation for helping others began at just 12 years old, volunteering alongside his church with Habitat for Humanity.
Those early experiences helped shape his belief that a home is more than just a place to live; it’s where families grow, memories are made.
Meet JonProject Coordinator
Jon knows what it takes to build things from the ground up. A northern Baltimore native and former three-sport athlete, his competitive drive, love for teamwork, and dedication shape everything he does.
Before joining AC Matthews, Jon spent 15 years in sales — most recently advancing to Territory Manager at a national construction equipment firm. Now calling Frederick home, he brings a hard-earned resilience, deep gratitude, and a passion for community to our team.

Thew may be small, but he’s big on doing things the right way. From helping homeowners feel at ease about their next home exterior project to keeping quality top of mind, he represents everything we believe great service should be.
