I called AC Matthews Roofing & Exteriors on Sunday, May 21,2023. I expected to get a voicemail or an answering service. Instead, Matthew answered. He listened patiently while I explained the issue I was having. I sent him photos of my problem and he scheduled to come out 2 days later, Tuesday, May 23. Matthew text with an ETA. He arrived promptly. He went straight to diagnosing the issues. He actually got on a ladder & went up on my roof, none of the others had done that. He took several photos, pointing out 2 issues that I was not aware of & offered suggestions to remedy them. He assured me they would be available if need be. The customer service was outstanding. Once I get the main issue resolved, I will be calling him for my roof work. Thank you so much, Matthew!

We moved into our house in the summer of 2020. Every week a different roofing company knocked on the door wanting to replace the roof. They were all pushy and told me to ask my husband's permission. Every interaction left me annoyed and disgusted that I stopped answering the door.
