I called AC Matthews Roofing & Exteriors on Sunday, May 21,2023. I expected to get a voicemail or an answering service. Instead, Matthew answered. He listened patiently while I explained the issue I was having. I sent him photos of my problem and he scheduled to come out 2 days later, Tuesday, May 23. Matthew text with an ETA. He arrived promptly. He went straight to diagnosing the issues. He actually got on a ladder & went up on my roof, none of the others had done that. He took several photos, pointing out 2 issues that I was not aware of & offered suggestions to remedy them. He assured me they would be available if need be. The customer service was outstanding. Once I get the main issue resolved, I will be calling him for my roof work. Thank you so much, Matthew!

We moved into our house in the summer of 2020. Every week a different roofing company knocked on the door wanting to replace the roof. They were all pushy and told me to ask my husband's permission.
